About
I am Jason Deakin. Deakin Studio is me.
I worked in Orlando vacation rentals before I built websites for a living. I know what a midnight check-in is, and an unheated pool in January, and a family of sixteen who need to know whether the house really is ten minutes from Disney. That is the business I design for.
That is why I do not sell templates. A nine-bedroom themed home in Windsor at Westside does not sell like an apartment: it needs big photography, clear capacity, the resort explained, and a price a family can understand before anyone writes an email. Most sites in this industry do none of those four things.
I work alone, deliberately. Three projects at a time, maximum; you talk to me from first call to launch; and the price is fixed before we start.

What I believe
- A guest should be able to book in two minutes, on a phone, at night, without calling anyone.
- If the site does not show up in Google, it is an expensive brochure.
- The commission you save in year one should pay for the whole website.
- I show the real numbers, even when there is only one client.
